19 October 2021 14:30-17:00Birgit Rausings sal, Skissernas museum

Join us for the LU Futura launch of a 2041 'jubilee issue' of LUM Magazine, and be in the audience for a live interview with the journalists who put it together. Much has changed since the early 2020s, when the first pandemic rolled across the globe, and academia has changed, too... though perhaps less (or more?) than you might expect!

In addition to being the first to encounter this fresh vision of LU's possible futures, attendees will hear how it was made (with the input of >60 LU teachers, researchers and administrators), and what such imaginative and creative approaches to thinking about futures might mean to LU, to higher education, and to the ways in which we might live in a climate-changed world.

Program:

14.30  Coffee - issues of LUM375 available. Come and read!

15.00  Welcome

15.05  LU375 jubilee discussion with LUM journalists (Performance)

15.30  Concretise, Situate, Democratise. The philosophy of LU@375
